Victor Drai (born July 25, 1947) is the owner of the Franco-American night club, businessman and producer. Drai became famous in the 1980s, producing The Woman in Red and Weekend at Bernie movies, before leaving the industry to open a series of upscale restaurants and nightclubs.

Drai was born in Casablanca, Morocco, to Jewish parents. He dropped out of school at the age of 14 to move to Paris, France, with his family. In 1968, he launched a ready-made line called Vicadam, featuring velvet jeans.
In 1974, Drai met Jacqueline Bisset with a flight from Los Angeles to Paris and both started a transatlantic relationship. Drai sold the fashion line and moved to the United States with Bisset and started a new business by hoisting Beverly Hills mansions.

In 1982, Drai and his girlfriend Kelly Le Brock traveled to Paris where they saw the movie Pardon Mon Affaire. With the help of David Begelman, Drai produced a remake titled The Woman in Red released in 1984. The film stars Le Brock and Gene Wilder, who adapted the manuscript from the original. Based on the success of the film, Drai then produced a series of comedies including other French remakes, The Man with One Red Shoe (1985), and Weekend at Bernie (1989).
Restaurants and nightclubs
In 1993 Drai made the decision to open a restaurant, which he thought would be a more family-friendly career. He contracted French chef Claude Segal, who replaced Wolfgang Puck at Ma Maison's upscale restaurant in 1985. With Segal, he opened the Drai restaurant at L'Ermitage Beverly Hills hotel.
In 1995, Drai opened a second Drai in Las Vegas. A few years later, he started the afterhours club, "It started everything," Drai said. In December 2013, she opened a steakhouse on Sunset Boulevard in Los Angeles named Rare by Drai's.
In March 2010 he opened Drai's Hollywood, rooftop restaurant, pool and night club at W Hotel in Hollywood.
In 1997, Drai opened a Drai restaurant on the Las Vegas Strip. Two years later, Drai added a nightclub to the restaurant, re-branding the Clock After Drai. At the Vegas Seven's 2012 Nightclub Awards, Drai's After Hours won "Best Place to Disappear". He currently operates Drai's After Hours nightclub at The Cromwell Las Vegas.
In 2007, Drai took over La Bete at Wynn Las Vegas and re-built it into Tryst. In 2012, Vegas Seven Nightclub Awards are awarded to Tryst "The Best Place to Impress". In 2013, Tryst placed # 8 on the Top 100 Nightclub & amp; Roster Bar for Nightclubs & amp; Bar Magazine.
Drai opened the XS nightclub at Encore Las Vegas in 2008. In 2010, XS won the Night Club & amp; Bar Awards for "New Club of the Year" and "Mega-Club of the Year." In 2013, Night Club & amp; Bar Magazine awarded XS "Mega-Club of the Year." Technomic was named XS number one nightclub in the US for 2010. In 2010, Drai purchased from a managing partnership at Steve Wynn's Tryst and XS to pursue other efforts.
He opened Drai's Beachclub & amp; The nightclub, on Memorial Day Weekend 2014, at The Cromwell Las Vegas. The 65,000 square foot square has a party pool and indoor/outdoor clubs spread over two levels above the new Cromwell Hotel.

Personal life
Drai is a romantic and business partner with Jacqueline Bisset from 1973 to 1980. Drai has been married three times. In 1984, he married Kelly Le Brock; their marriage ended two years later in 1986. Her second marriage in 1990 to Loryn Locklin. On April 24, 2016, he married his third wife, Yolanda Krupiarz. Drai has one son and three daughters.
